As part of continuing quality assessment Mother's Own Birth Center continues to partcipate in the Midwives of North America (MANA) Statistics Project. The file below contains a letter explaining the project and requesting your participation as a client receiving care with us. Agreeing to, or choosing not to, participate will not affect the care you receive.

If you wish to pay your deductibles and copays (patient responsibilities) using Pay Pal. We would be happy to invoice you using Pay Pal. The financial form  contains the information for doing this.
